The design you ultimately get from the model depends on the maker you buy it from. The second is, the 4070 model comes packed with a remarkable amount of power. In this sense, the GPU is pretty small, dimension-wise, not bigger than the RTX 3070 Founders Edition.
Thirdly, we have a TGP of just 200W found in the GeForce RTX 4070 GPU model. It is amazing to note that the model could have done without the 16-pin adapter completely. Instead, the model comes with an 8-pin and gets the power it needs for the card itself.
We feel that the RTX 4070 GPU model was released in competition with the 4090, which has a very successful launch. The marketing and pricing seemed to have drowned things for the GPU model.
It does come with a reduced set of specifications compared to the 4070 Ti model. However, the GPU model hits hard for 4K and 1440p games. You can expect opulent performance when you compare it to the 3090 or 3090 Ti.
